I got an account with $20 on it and it was a USA account, I also want to know how these accounts were created, the account is old and the funds were a refund from 6 months ago and the account is linked to a few credit cards, I don't think I will use the account and I didn't even change any information on the account.

So the accounts do work and come with credit, no email access so you will have to make up your own mind, op you can give the account to someone else since I won't be using it.
