Getting the same, seems like a problem with the site itself, it is just an individual who runs it.

Was under the impression it scrapes from explorer.factom.org, but my addresses are showing up there perfectly fine.

Something might have changed under the hood of explorer, that or he didn't pay some bills. It happens.
