Those who bought the software before , will get it for free this time ? as they bought License with Lifetime updates and It's not their fault If the software stopped working and I'm more interested in having the UdemyRipper , should we expect seeing it back or not ?

As was made clear on the UdemyDL thread, it's not possible to rip courses anymore (they removedw whole course previews, hence no rippers exist anymore).
