like many I got paycoined scammed.. then, i signed up for the lawsuit.. and i guess it was revamped and i missed the sign up for that. yikes. is this lawsuit going anywhere? all damages paid out should go into paycoin 
If the lawsuit goes forward and gets certified as a class action (chances are not looking good though) you will have the opportunity to opt in, so you haven't missed anything yet.
And no, it should not go "into paycoin"... you can gamble it away if you hate money
