I have PM'd to Patrick the list of BTC addresses to be held under escrow. From what I understand, the first part of this pre-ICO is essentially not under escrow, so the first investors are not covered under any milestone guarantees. He will make it clear which first part is not covered and where the investors have the highest risks as well as the highest bonuses.
From what I understand, the first 15 BTC collected will be part of the initial pre-ICO.
I confirm this, the first 15 BTCs are used for immediate work, once 15 BTCs are reached on our pre-ico address, the system will generate deposit addresses from Dabs contract Escrow.
