I only recommend that you do not create a huge supply,a moderate supply of 50 million is good for the future of the coin.
It makes no actual difference. It is so annoying to see people talking about "rare" coins and "sub cent" coins, when the difference is 100% psychological.
If someone creates a bitcoin clone with rewards starting at 5x10^101 coins per block (or 5x10^-99 coins per block, to go the other way) and halving every 210000 blocks, it is no different from bitcoin.
I think OP should create a coin with 2^512 coins, just to be different.
