Thank you for adding me to the list(spread sheet).

I just wanted to clear a few things,

First I don't understand this probation thing, I know that it means I am that I am not like those that have been 'regularized' but I don't know how to be regularized.

Next is that I have 4 post denied out of 51 posts.
Are those 4 denied because they belong to the sections that doesn't count or because those aren't constructive enough? If it is because of the latter, I will appreciate it if you can reply here or via pm with those posts so I can be sure I will be doing better than those.

Lastly, this will be a YOLO inquiry. Christmas Bonuses will be a great incentive. :-P
