Or you are both the seller and the escrow.
Even if you are both the seller/buyer and the escrow - nothing you can do in case of 3-of-3 MultiSig escrow.
It makes absoulutely no sense, if you use n of n multisig.
The purpose of an escrow is to help meditate a transaction if there is a dispute. Lets say the buyer does not agree to release the escrow. Even if i rule that the seller has delivered the product as per the agreement, I cannot release the funds since the buyer NEEDS to sign the transaction for it to be valid and the buyer does not want to.
Hence, escrow serves no purpose and the funds is effectively stuck.
