Ico coin?
No need to have an ICO, BitShares have the structure already coded to accommodate such index fund in the form of a smartcoin.
The market is open and the index is already tradable. BitShares Decentralised Exchange pair (BTWTY : BTS)
The work to build this index has been done on my team and my free time during these last 18 months without the need of investors.
You can't invest in the creation of this index fund but you can definitively invest in the index itself which has proved itself an amazing investment on the last 18 months. The price has almost triple !

I have been used to the BitShares community, you can check my profile there and see by yourself that I'm an active (almost 700 posts) and well-respected member.
I thought it would be hypocritical to post tons of smileys and thumbs up on this community posts only to increase the number of posts next to my pseudo. I will create a good reputation and prove myself as a decent member of this community starting with this thread on Bit20 Index Fund.
I am not a member of Bitsquare but Bitcointalk is enough for me,because everything related to crypto currency are all here, even satoshi nakamoto the founder of bitcoin started here something wrong why you miss the bus.
Anyway you can always start as long as you contribute well in the community ..
