Question for Powerbet.io,
Why you have shared his e-mail address? It is clearly said under your Privacy Policy that it is "Personal Information." And sharing e-mail together with IP and username with other company(companies?) is breach of privacy. So you have given his personal details to third party...doesn't look very good in my eye!
Here's a quote from our Privacy Policy terms:
"Certain Excluded Disclosures:
We may disclose your Personal Information as set out in our Terms and Conditions of Use, if requested to do so by legal authorities or required to do so by law,
or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to applicable laws or to comply with any legal process served on us, the site or the Service;

Arbitrage betting is against our policy and a direct threat towards our propriety. Arbitrage activity leads with FULL CERTAINTY to financial gains for the arbitrator and therefore with FULL CERTAINTY to losses of AT LEAST one of the involved sportsbooks.
We acted accordingly in order to stop this non-gambler arbitrator player's activity, by contacting a directly involved party into his arbitrage activity.
All our legitimate players can rest assured that their personal details are respected and protected with us! As shown above, arbitrators are not welcome on our sportsbook and we cannot guarantee their right to privacy while they break our policy!
