Thats part of our concept. We will use those coins for picture contests, to pay developers, give aways and bounties. They will not be dumped.
The picture contest will allow users to win (large) amounts of SnapCoin for taking the best pictures. There will be a (blockchain based) online picture portal that enables people to vote on pictures and earn SnapCoin. More information will follow.
