Your strategy doesn't provide an advantage, so your partner would be better off gambling on his own without giving you a cut of the profits for essentially nothing.
If you see on bustabit leaderboard there are people with successful algorithms that virtually defeated probability, unless they are fake or bots it means there are successful strategies and we need to test
