I understand can only transfer for 3 days frm my Bitshares wallet where I have my Peerplays to open Ledger but after snapshot taken on 26th will the movement of the tokens be blocked or free to

transfer around? Will sale also be allowed after 26th dec?

Any idea why the price shot up so much today?
