What is an average response time of Poloniex support time on ticket? I have confirmed btc transaction from Nicehash to Poloniex, but even after more then three day there is no btc on my account.
Ussually they are fast, within 3 hours or less than that you will get a reply from them. But there was a situation i got my replied after waiting around 1 month, that was really sucks.
