So first I need to figure out how much it will cost to develope the hardware. If some experts could provide me with some details so that I can provide them to the board designers, that would be great. None of you happen to have a Gerber file for an ASIC miner by any chance, do you?

Your post piqued my interest, hence this reply. You do realize that all your posts to date are littered with grammatical errors don't you? It'll be pretty difficult for you to gain interest in your endeavor from members of this forum, let alone some investment banker waiting for his coffee to percolate.
