Thanks. He doesn't seem too interested in escrow as of now, just wants to break it up into smaller transactions, but he may just be busy so hasn't replied back yet again. We'll see.
That is a clear sign that he is trying something strange with this trade.Not accepting escrow off the bat is a major red flag.
