- because there are only 100 btc (or whatever) on poloniex
- only x masternode can cashout and the rest will get nothing

+1 Why I need cash out masternodes if they give to me 10% income per year..which bank give to You that %?
+2 About these btc in poloniex- last year in this time there was like 40 btc in buy orders and then grow up to 1k And actually now poloniex is like in             4 th place with like 10% volume in markets which trade Dash..
+3 so dont be naive hope that someone else will give to you  mn for free
