Here are the steps :

-Open a folder
-In the address bar type: %APPDATA%
-There search for Suicide and open the forlder
-Create a new text file and paste the .conf example in the thread

-Rename it to Suicide.conf, don't forget to change password and username
-launch the wallet, wait some and it will sync.
