I wouldn't call him a 'Big' fish. But I'd also question the attempt to sell. What reason does he have to sell a promising token such as ICN?
There are some big sells at above 0.002 so maybe just getting ready to sell at $1.50 to $3 in case it goes that high.
Maybe, with the platform coming up in two days time, alot of people will attempt to take some profit form the potential bull run

ICONOMI is new, it hasn't started yet fully .
What I think would happen,
Price may go 30-50% higher in some days. Then we'll get a need from Iconomi that "... is launched and X OFM have started" near the date 2 January. Price would rise to about $ 0.5 . Then again price will drop to about $0.4
Then there will come a time when Iconomi tells that dividends are coming , be ready .
There would a rise in price to about $0.7
After dividends are distributed, price can fall back to $ 0.55
After that everything depends on popularity of OFM and the funds of Iconomi.
