I don't think FOMO theory will play out here, the token price was fixed and any rational investor will buy when the price is cheap, this is different from the last ICO when there are 50 million tokens to be shared by all investors, now you know what you are going to get once you invest.

Yeah me either. After the first ICO, everyone that would have wanted to buy the second ICO would have bought on the first day.

Everyone should include in there calculation that whatever is not bought will be burned, this might make people buy at the last minute as they will see what actual supply will be at the end. For example if they thought 2500 sats is good for 50M coin then they will be happy to pay 5000sats if there are going to be only 25M coins.
