From the XVC official message board it looks like they have run out of resources (cash) so the troll box entry is just someone trying to sell a bucketload of XVC.
Our devs are here for the long haul. I have been here nearly 3 years and the NAV devs just go from strength to strength.
We are as dedicated to NAV as ever, we will be kicking into our 2017 projects soon and there will be no holding us back
