Kind of repeating what everyone else has told you to look into, but the only site I know of that provides decent leverage trading for individuals is kraken, or poloniex if you're doing leverage trading with Bitcoin and other altcoins.

Shame there aren't more sites that allow for it as well, but I would assume the market is fairly small.
