I will suggest you to trade at yobit , c-cex.com & Poloniex these are the best exchange for trading with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency/altcoin .
But here in three of the exchange I will advice Poloniex which is only allows those altcoin who are in activity and dead coin usually remove by the exchange time to time .

OP, watch out with leverage. Remember Long Term Capital Management in 1998? Leverage took them down, and damn near the whole economy. Same with the stock market in 1929. Too much leverage. And with altcoins? There's no end to how much you can lose.
