Here's where it gets complicated:

Wendigo offers up a half dozen minor Alts to throw under the bus and take our attention away from their more major Alts.

I make the assertion that Wendigo is an Alt of quickseller - I also assert that TomatoCage is an Alt of quickseller and therefor all three are alts.

Supposing, just supposing I am right that they are alts, it would stand to reason then that both TomatoCage and quickseller would ditch an Alt by placing negative trust on that UID in their capacity as Default Trust accounts?

If that's true, then let's have a look at something:
