My faucet site using CloudFlare what should I do with your ACL exactly? BTW my origin website IP is IPv6.

CloudFlare doesn't matter for ACL. CloudFlare is used when someone is visiting your faucet, but it's not used when your faucet is making a request to ePay.info.
