I dont think the forum users are good targets... usually good targets are people who are not aware of ransomware...
Also most ransomware comes from spreading it over the internet and not as a direct attack (but there are exceptions ofcourse)

I'm want to make out of it a big support center for ransomware. currently there is only bleepingcomputer forum that is worth something
