I'm looking for a application of widget that I could install on my windows computer that will show me bitcoin value live with some stats or graphs or whatever.
Like the one on coindesk website, is there any?

Are you looking for bitcoin gadget for your desktop? you will feel difficult to find it, but I just bring the another way, just installing an extension in your search engine like biticker, it seems to be an alternative way for you.
I don't know how the accuracy has offered by them but try to search it more on the google.
