I'm really sorry for that but at this time, our issuing bank is unable to issue cards to US customers. We're definitely looking forward to adding the US in 2017, but I'm afraid it will require a couple of months
I request to Silentgwad if I can get also a code via PM then he gave me the gift code eventually and redeem it, I deposited to complete the $3 to my coinizy wallet as it requires that must have atleast $3 balance to my card so I can verify my paypal. I tried to follow the instructions here, within 2-3 minutes and it works! Thank you for the nice service
