I agree because I had the chance to look into faucet development/running a bit when faucets were more popular. In that time, it was easier to make BTC with them and even in those days You needed a much bigger amount of BTC to make them profitable. Faucets became less profitable nowadays and therefore running them with profit became much more difficult. So, I suggest preparing for the case if You have to pay that 0.0015 BTC back from own funds at the end
