Well up to step 3 was OK for me, however nowhere on those instructions say where the actual tokens would be switch to ethereum or where to trade them back.

The status was OK, and the account appear with the value of the ethereums, but there was no effective balance.

I wonder what is this instructions for wallet investors., if those are this ones, they just say how to send the tokens but not how to change it back to ETH.
