Check it on the internet, within the EU you can bring or ship 2 cartons. If receive cigarettes from outside EU so like Moldova only 1 carton is allowed.
Do some research on the net and you will find more info. Or ask local customs.

Also packages shipped within EU will almost never be checked.

I send from Germany, i never had any issue with sending but i never shipped more then 2 cartons.

But, do you try to hide it (stealth)?
I can show you how to hide it and then send it to me, I can purchase multiple cartons.

I don't hide it, i send max 2 cartons as a gift what is allowed within EU. I will not ship more cartons in 1 package.
