Any update on my ticket? It's been a week since I put this transfer through and still no help besides "we're looking into it". That response is no longer sufficient and soon legal action will need to be taken if my money is not back in my possession soon. Yankee told me give him 24 hours two days ago, still have not heard not one specific detail on what the heck is going on with my money. This is completely insane! My emails and PMs to support, Yankee and URSAY have gone  unanswered.
