I've just signed up for Uquid and have numerous observations

In particular, the GBP virtual credit card is not in GBP but in Gibraltar Pounds (GIP). My Bitcoin -> Uquid wallet funds are in GBP, but adding the virtual credit card in PayPal the native currency GIP is subject to a 3% forex conversion for GBP payments.
edit : it is possible to switch off Gibraltar Pounds forex conversion in paypal
To set this up in PayPal, go here https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-merchant-pull-funding&buyer_hub and choose "Conversion Options" next to your funding source. Then, on the following page choose "Bill me in the currency listed on the seller's invoice".

i am sorry for this happen
it seem paypal problem which we still not clear until now
your card currency in GBP you can try to make payment in any website uk
let say you have £100 in your card you will able to make payment full £100 you can try and see the value deducted
i strongly advice you using card for payment rather than add it to paypal as most shop in UK accept card directly
