I think initial plan is to release the coins to the investors then paying all bounty participants. Announce the leftovers address so that public will see the unsold token. Then continue to create the platform while looking for a trading platform/exchange to list ICOBID. That is probably the first few steps of Pioneer88.
This is a good plan and roadmap but it's better if the platform is already to boost confidence of investors and supporters,anyway he will not let us down,it's a long preparation for this project I'm sure he has answer for everything.
I also think so, the project was built long and everything is according to schedule. I think they are building the platform and make investors fully believe that sustainable development projects.
