you bought. They then add their own private keys to Bitcoin Core, instead of generating new keys and keeping those (if they wanted to scam you). You then continue to run your game for over a month without them stealing anything, and still keep 1 BTC in an address you know is compromised (1vsUrQQq9UaNycnpbPKRkHSe7th4n8R3k).
