To find your receive address:
Bitcoin QT
1. Click on Receive Bitcoin
2. Add New Address
3. Right Click on the New Address and select "Copy Address"

Address is something like this: i.e. My address: 1LhZrpd5AgkpMBhvszdmn6SKCCgibuMprC

4. Paste them on here and I will send out 0.00001 BTC

I didn't know there was a transaction fee.
