Alot of trojan / virus will install miners software on your computer to generate money (ever heard of botnet ?) so most miners out here are being flagged being malicious, because known to be packed into trojan. If you mine for yourself, it'll be detected as a virus of course, but it's not just known to have malicious usage by 3rd parties
