I wish I could help you out.  I don't know of any established local businesses that are accepting bitcoins.  I will buy and sell bitcoins and a few others will in the triangle, but that is about the extent of bitcoin trading that I know of.

I'm going to go shopping later today at a mom and pop shop, and I'll ask them if they'll accept bitcoins.
