with the opening of nicehash source, you may not have alot of time before another miner come out with similar hashing. You may want to release it with a decent fee :p
Where is the source? Not open yet. Just words..If the 1070 can do 1500h/s 15% is a bargain.

you may want to think too that with 15% probably everyone would mine @ nicehash, or maybe that's what your goal is, in that case 15% make sense
