And regarding your website, it surprised me how I can't see many developers in there, someone that could be capable of doing such platform.. A good developer can make an entire platform by himself, so is not the number which matters, but on chronobank I can't see neither number or a skilled dev.
Yes, the effective cap, not the minimum goal to raise. The team section of the website includes a couple of partners farther down the page who will be providing a great deal of the code and development, along with consultation and guidance.
