I haven't tried sending any GEO anywhere yet. You have your definitions wrong.
Ok, i am a fair person and i admit i was wrong in my definitions of cold and hot wallets.
Now problem grows bigger. GeoCoin wallets do not synchronize because blocks source not available.
Did you tried to download
http://geo.money/images/geocoin-qt-windows.zip or
http://geo.money/images/Geocoin-Qt.dmg and use it?
If it not works for all it turns out all GeoCoin trades on Polo and Bittrex made by using their own centralized databases?
How to send GeoCoins between wallets if no one checkig and processing transactions?
Why there's no even one node in GeoCoin blockchain for letting synchronize others?
Is GeoCoin blockchain dead?
Is any GeoCoin miner alive?
