In these unclear cases, if we assume, that those objects seen floating or flying in space, are actually UFOs, why they don’t seem to use any kind of ships, but rather appear as some type of weird, ghost-looking form? Some may argue that their ships are using some kind of a cloaking device, which glitches once in a while why every time we see them, they appear as lights or translucent objects.
