If I were you, I would never buy BTC at this time. Price may go down as stone. Afterall it is crypto. After all btc is still secondary or not a primary currency. I do not see any reason to buy btc now. Rather wait for a month or two. It is certain that a correction will occur. Safe bet is approx $700. I would rather buy cheap alts with btc/fiat. Unfortunately I have no capital now
That is the same sayings back when the price is still on $300, $400 and $500 but what happen? They are now in so much regrets because of that. What if the price went back to $700 and you have funds, are you willing to buy despite of the price decrease why it happened?
Learn to see all the possible things that might happen when you buy, if you can afford to buy at any rate then just go on and play with the market. Waiting for price dip target might kill your plan.
