Today I have removed some mining licences of some chapters for illicit behavior: Either they are scammers or cheating with accounts or just not doing their job.
Also the Chapters are working with me on a refinement of the Rules "How to become a chapter".
To rise the quality I am only allowing Non-Anonymous Chapter Presidents, that introduced themselves to either me, Luis, Sarah or a Trusted Chapters as defined in the Mining sheet Rules.
