It is 100÷ illegal for online gambling in any kind of shape or form in the u.s, there is no way around it. There will be no card processing want to deal with online gambling. That's not true! Online Gambling is regulated by the state not the federal department.
Their is only three U.S. states where online poker is currently "legal": Nevada, Delaware and New Jersey. there are no federal statutes in the United States that make it illegal to play online poker. The infamous UIGEA does not make it illegal to play at US poker sites, and in fact only addresses banking issues.
