No need to be disgusted by such small issue . There is an important difference. Those "Scams" were run at the right time for ICO: when BTC was way cheaper, its price seemed more steady, and people were less sceptical at ICOs, because there were several very successful ICO run just before them. Overall mentality was "invest as much as you can in everything". Now its a bit different, after several clear scams, and several ICO projects struggling to keep at ICO level.
