This thread is complete and utter bull crap, and encompasses bigotry and racism. We are all just different shades of brown, we are one race. There is nothing different mentally between a white, black, asian, etc. Some of the greatest minds are black.
There are no such thing as the least intelligent race but per se there should be a least intelligent individual. Different colors and different races has somebody who are highly intelligent and of course highly dumb individual. But for me its not about how much you learn its about how you choose to live your life. You may be intellectual but your life choices are wrong then you maybe dumb for a reason.
