Hello everyone, affirmative I'm using Electrum. I finally found the wallet file but, it`s a wallet.py and found default_wallet too, unfortunately it's damage and Electrum does not recognize it. What can I do ? 
You could try to recover the file to the pre-damaged format (it may be in a temp folder from the OS you used it initially so may be untraceable itself now you've change the OS).
I don't think the wallet.py file is to do with that electrum wallet.
You could try opening the file in notepad.exe (or equivalent) and see if you can get the encrypted seed. Then decrypt the seed with your known pasword and try to use that to decrypt the rest of the private keys. ONCE THE FILE IS RECOVERED.
