I still haven't any answer from your support. Why did you turn off my faucet? Why did you write me "Faucet owner please contact ePay.info As soon as possible" if you can't to answer as soon as possible. I am waiting about 2 weeks. 2 weeks you can't answer and my 2 weeks (or more) my faucet doesn't work. I think it's time to migrate to faucetsystem.
