I think OP you should void his winnings, but return his deposit, confiscate his deposit is not cool.

I already put negative trust to this service. Sad by true.I did some investigating and it doesn't look like double spend but it has similar behaviour.
Like I asked a few posts back what wallet did you send that bet from? It doesn't look like a regular Bitcoin Core wallet or Blockchain.info.
Are you using some old buggy version of Multibit?
if you use normal wallet , these transaction can not be occurred .
